When alternations in concrete are necessary,

Concrete Core Drilling
Core drilling techniques are used when precise, circular cuts are needed. Holes
of almost any diameter up to 60" are easily drilled to make openings for
plumbing, electrical and HVAC installations.
Core drilling is also commonly used to create holes for routing cables or
placing anchoring bolts, installing load carrying devices like dowel bars, or
for analysis of structures, rock or strata.* |

We use both electric and hydraulic core drills. In stock, we
carry bits up to 24" diameter in 1/2" increments up to
6" (1/2", 1", 1 1/2", etc). The bits from
6" to 12" are incremented by 1" and from 12"
to 24" are in 2" increments. However, we can drill
much larger holes and any size in-between if the need arises. We
can drill through floors, walls, even upside down if necessary.
We also can contain water while we drill. (see below about sensitive area work).
